One of the customer’s tracks came loose, allowing the garage door to slip partway out.
Our Solution:
Our first step was to manually raise the garage door completely off of its tracks to make room. Next, the loose tracks had to be realigned, leveled, and tightened into the walls. Our final procedure was to pick the door back up and lower it into the adjusted tracks.
